EPOTSUF has been enhanced to simulate charged dielectrics in electrostatic field analysis.
The model of charging has been given only as a surface charge on a conductor, but now it can be analyzed by giving a surface charge on a dielectric surface.
When a charge density is given to a dielectric surface, the settings are the same as when a charge density is given to a conductor surface. “UNIT_TYPE” is newly added this time and can be set as =0:[$C$], =1[$C/m^2$].

To give an electric charge, set POT_OR_CHARGE = 0.
Note : that UNIT_TYPE is applicable only for electrostatic field analysis.
